Connective is a dynamic, innovative social service organization that works to create safe, healthy, and inclusive communities for all. We do this through a continuum of programs and services related to housing, life-skills, outreach, employment, and community-based services, with the goal of assisting individuals to achieve greater independence.
Using a person-centered approach, we provide practical support to people with complex needs facing multiple barriers including those who may be involved in the criminal justice system, have developmental disabilities, or experiencing poverty, homelessness, mental illness, or problematic substance use. Through effective and adaptive service delivery, we assist vulnerable people to become empowered in their own lives as they work to meet their self-determined needs and goals.
